The Participant acknowledges that any results or outcomes achieved through their engagement with AWelcomeHome's website are a direct reflection of their personal efforts and commitment. AWelcomeHome does not guarantee specific results, and individual progress may vary based on the Participant's level of engagement.

Payment for AWelcomeHome's services must be made upfront. In the event of any payment issues, both parties agree to enter into a separate agreement to establish mutually agreed-upon payment plans.

The Participant understands and agrees that AWelcomeHome does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of its website and resources. The success of the personal development journey is contingent upon the Participant's personal efforts and commitment.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. The Participant understands that termination of this Agreement will result in the cessation of access to AWelcomeHome's website and services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State.

By accessing and using AWelcomeHome's website, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Personal Development Commitment Agreement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
